As a Holistic Healer I bring a unique blend of experience and intuition to my work. With a background as a Shamanic Reiki Practitioner, and Sound Healer as well as a Trauma-Informed Social Worker, I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their body-mind-soul healing and personal growth journey.
My approach is heart-centered, rooted in compassion and understanding while recognizing the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit. I integrate various healing modalities to create personalized experiences that foster self-discovery, healing and personal growth. With extensive experience in mental health, trauma, and gender-based violence as well as my own inner healing and personal growth journey experiences have all profoundly shaped my understanding of resilience, healing, and empowerment.
